  • Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is 3:00 PM or later. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome on the property.
  • Smoking Policy: The house is strictly non-smoking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a penalty.
  • Pool Use: Pool is seasonal and available from May-October.
